To access our customer and support area, a valid MAGMA5 or MAGMASOFT® license is required. You will receive your access data directly from your local MAGMA representative. An online registration is not possible on this site. For the duration of the business relationship your access data will be stored independently of this website in an encrypted way to allow us to provide you with our services. The pages of the customer and support area are provided to you depending on your license and on a personal basis. As far as necessary for the provision of services, those services used by you will be logged and stored in an encrypted way independently of this website. In no case will a usage profile be created.
Press section
To gain access to the press section, a one-time registration is required. After registering, you will be provided with access data which will be saved by MAGMA Gießereitechnologie GmbH in an encrypted way for the duration of your access to the press section of this website. After termination of the business relationship, your data will be deleted within the period of time required by law.
Changes to this privacy policy
